1. Navigate to Subscription in Stripe

1. Select Subscriptions in left pane or enter Subscriptions in the Search bar
2. From list of Subscriptions, select Subscription to be cancelled
3. Pull down the Actions selection on the right and select Cancel Subscription

2. Navigate to Recurring Donation record in Salesforce

1. Within the fundRaising Manager App, select the Recurring Donation tab
2. Select the Recurring Donation to close
3. Select the Close Recurring Donation button
4. Enter a Reason and select ‘Save’
