1. Navigate to Recurring Donation Record in Salesforce

1. Once the Recurring Donation record opens,
   1. The Subscription Sync Status headlight of Red or Yellow indicates a mismatch between Stripe and Salesforce exists
   2. If there is a mismatch, select the Update Stripe Action

1. The Stripe Update interface identifies the key attributes of the record in Salesforce and Stripe

1. The Amount entered will update the new value in Salesforce and Stripe
2. The Next Process Date will adjust the installment payment date. Both Salesforce and Stripe will be updated.
   1. NOTE: If the date chosen is beyond a month in time, this effectively pauses the Recurring Donation until the new date chosen. All installment Opportunities already created in Salesforce as a result of the Enhanced Recurring Donation engine will remain in a Pledged state.  
   2. Once the new date has arrived, payments will resume and match to the opportunity record which matches the Month and Day.  

 

1. Once the changes desired have been made, select the Update Stripe button which will now be active and highlighted in blue. Changes will then be updated in Salesforce and Stripe.
