fundRaising Manager leverages Salesforce’s Email Template structure to store the content of all Email templates which are sent out by fundRaising Manager. If fundRaising Manager is used to its extent, where one can setup many different Opportunity Record Types as well as Campaign specific Email Templates, there can be many Email templates which end up existing in a fundRaising Manager setup. In the majority of cases, the email Letterhead and the signature trailer will be common across all templates. If there are dozens of Email Templates in place, it can take considerable time to update them manually. To avoid the inefficient use of time, the Enhanced Letterhead structure with Salesforce can be used to manage this.

- Enter name for the Enhanced Letterhead
- Adding Content
- Use the Rich text editor to add content in the header and footer of your Enhanced Letterhead
- Update Email Template(s) with pointer to Enhanced Letterhead
