How to Create and Manage a Pledge Opportunity Spanning multiple installments Print

1. Select Opportunity Tab when withing fundRaising Manager App

2. Select the New button

3. Select the Pledge Opportunity Record Type

4. Fill in the Pledge Opp form as follows and then Save

5. Acknowledge Pledge directly if desired using the Acknowledge Donation button

6. Create installment payment by

a. navigating to Installment tab on Pledge Opportunity

b. Selecting New button

c. Select New Donation and fill in Donation record as a normal Donation

7. New Installment record will point to the Parent Pledged Opportunity and new installment can be acknowledged or receipted.
