FundraisingManager has an option so you can set the Deposit Date of an offline donation like a cheque to be the Close date for a donation. This option is only valid for the donationManager (default form configuration) as that's the only place where offline donations are accepted.
To enable this option follow these steps:
- Go to your default form configuration (where Active Default Configuration is checked)
- Enable the checkbox Close Date from Deposit Date
- Save the record
donationManager will now update set the Close Date for offline gifts based on the deposit date.
