Sometimes, creating a donation form that only allows for the collection of one-time or recurring donations is useful for specific campaigns, such as converting past donors to recurring donors.
fundraisingManager allows you to create an unlimited number of forms, and now you can configure one of these forms to specifically collect only one-time or recurring donations. In this example, we will create a recurring donation focused form.

To start, from the Form Configurations Tab, clone an existing form or choose a form that you want to configure:
Next, change the “Donation Amount Mode” to “Ask Ladder (Fixed Frequency)” on the chosen form configuration record.
Then navigate to the Donation Amounts tab on the form configuration, and make sure that only the One-Time or Monthly sections have a Default Value Defined. This will configure the form to use the section with a Default value. In this case, we have set a default value for the Monthly Donation Amounts only.
Finally, use the Form Publishing Button to preview and copy the embed code to embed this form into your website.
As an option, you may want to consider disabling the optional features on the Form Configuration Details tab. Disabling all the Optional features will eliminate the second page of the form, to make the form submission process for efficient for a case like this.
