When including images on email templates, we find that email services may block the images. We find using web-images will show the email as you intended. A web-image is a reference to an image file that is accessible on the web

A way all fundraisingManager customers can use a web-image is to use the Salesforce document object and make it externally accessible.

To create a web-image follow these steps:

  1. Login to Salesforce
  2. Clicking on your icon in the top-right  and select "Switch to Salesforce Classic"

3. Go to Documents by clicking the "+" sign on the menu bar

4. Select the Shared Documents folder

5. Click New

6. On the Upload new Document page

7. Enter the document name

8. Hit Tab; Document Unique Name will be populated

9. Select ‘Externally Available Image’

10. Select Shared Documents

11. Enter Description

12. Select Choose File and navigate to the local image on your PC

13. Select Save

Once saved you will see the uploaded image. Right-click on the image and select "Copy image address".

The image is now publicly available on the web and you can now use the image address to display the image.

Go to the form configuration Email Template tab and click on the "Template Editor" link.

This will open the email in the email template editor window, click on the Image icon (as highlighted in the below pic) and select the "Web Image" option.

Paste the URL in the "Enter Image URL" text box and click "Insert"

This will insert the image into the email template.
