Create Task, send Email or track activity on a record Print

To enable users to add tasks to a record you need to add the <activity> button to the assigned page layout(s). The buttons are found in the Mobile & Lightning Actions section

Some activities are Email, Log a Call, New Task.

You will also need to validate that the Activity view related list is visible on your page layout or the component is on your lightning page.
