fundraising Manager has a premium* Batch Receipt interface that can be used to send multiple receipts at once. You can send multiple one-time receipts, create multiple consolidated receipts for recurring donors or create consolidated receipts (one-time and recurring gifts) for a contact
This tool gives options for receipting. Whether you want to create a receipt but don't want to send it to the donor or you want to create a receipt and want to send a PDF to the donor this can be possible with this tool.
One can select the Batch type (i.e one-time, recurring, specific contact) and a Tax year they want to send a receipt.
Follow these steps to create receipts in batch:
Step 1: Click on App Launcher and search for Batch Receipt and click on it. Note: if you do not have Batch Receipt you may need to contact CloudStack Services to procure a license for Batch Receipt.
Step 2: Select Receipt Delivery option- Enable this to email the PDF receipt to the donor. If this option is false then a PDF will be generated with all selected donations (upto maximum of 10)
Step 3: Select a Batch type to view a list of donations that are eligible for receipting.
Step 4: Tax Year - Select a year you wish to send receipt for.
Step 5: Select opportunities from the list. Please note you can only select 10 items (donations or donors) at a time.
Step 6: Click on Process Receipt and Process Batch
The receipt record along with the attachment is created and attached to the Opportunity or Recurring Donation record.
If the Email delivery option was selected then the receipt will be emailed to the donor. If the email delivery was not selected then a single PDF document is generated for you to print and include in a mailing to the donors. The PDF documents will still be stored against each newly created receipt record as well.
