When using iATS and fundraisingManager there are times when the iats postback doesn't create data for one-time or recurring donations. To reconcile this you can download data and create any missing records. To create the missing data, follow these steps:
Step 1: From the App Launcher search for and click on IATS Brickworks*.
Step 2: Go to More -> IATS settings. Scroll down to “Batch Download Transactions”
Adjust the dates according to the batch you require to process. It will create missing payments record between the specified start and end dates.
Step 3: Click on “Continue” now it will start running the process in the background. Once it is done you will be notified via email.
