Setting a minimum amount can be useful to reduce the adminstrative effort involved with managing gifts. 

To enforce a minimum amount of donations in donationManager you define a precise dollar amount in custom settings.

To define a minimum amount for your donationManager follow these steps:

• Go to Setup > Custom Settings 
• Find cloudstack Settings and click Manage.
• Update the amount as seen below

Donation Form-specific Minimum Amount

When embedding a donation form, in the iframe's URL an additional parameter of "minGift"=x will require the amount to be greater than x (where x is a positive integer).
